I am looking for a lifter’s log book (to keep track of your PRs… what exercises you did, rest time etc.) to give a friend. Any recommendations as to where to look and what to get?

You could try getting him the IronTrainer 2 Software which does a whole lot more then just keep track of your workouts , check it out in the T-Jack Section of the forum or goto

Hmm, yeah but I want something that he (and myself) can carry to the gym and write down whatever it is we did on the log book in between sets… Thanks.
