Hey John I was born in London,Ont. Wasn’t raised there but my mom’s side of the family is still there in vast numbers. I go there sometimes to visit clients I have in the area and have trained at the Bad Boy Gym a couple times. Tons of good equipment in that gym. London’s a real nice city to live in.

For the past eight years, I’ve lived in Orange County, CA. Prior to that, I lived in Lubbock, TX.(college), and Pittsfield, MA.
I live all the way down in Melbourne, Australia. I would have pointed out that it produces the best beer in the world, but now that the liquid gold has been proven beyond all doubt to lower T, I’ll leave that comment out. Plus I’m sure to get a whole bunch of replies telling me what the best beer really is - which I wouldn’t mind in the slightest, of course. Always good to increase one’s knowledge.
Speaking of training - the gym I go to has to have the world’s weakest population I have ever seen!!! I actually was thanked recently while completing one of Ian King’s 12 week programs (where you have to use light weights) because I left enough plates for everyone else to use. Not that they use them anyway.
