I have a way I’ve been loading my c-mono. I have a bunch of capsules, like generic capsules for loading with whatever. I melt honey and mix it with however many servings of c-mono, I need, and then pour the honey into the caps. I drop the cap like any other supplement, with my multivitamins etcetera. After I’m finished I have a jar of premade caps, and drop maybe 3 caps a day with each meal.
However the question is…Does anyone know if this actually works? I’m worried my creatine didn’t get in my blood streama nd just got ate up by my stomach acid. However, I’ve tried various loader products, and just felt like they were fattening super sugar loaders. Honey on the other hand has immune system properties and is nowhere near as sugary as refined product, it also bondes well with the creatine, but I don’t if it shields it from stomach acid.
I am so afraid when I load my creatine, that it is not working right?
Any suggestions? If you don’t think this works, how sould i load my monohydrate?
