Loading Creatine?

I have a way I’ve been loading my c-mono. I have a bunch of capsules, like generic capsules for loading with whatever. I melt honey and mix it with however many servings of c-mono, I need, and then pour the honey into the caps. I drop the cap like any other supplement, with my multivitamins etcetera. After I’m finished I have a jar of premade caps, and drop maybe 3 caps a day with each meal.

However the question is…Does anyone know if this actually works? I’m worried my creatine didn’t get in my blood streama nd just got ate up by my stomach acid. However, I’ve tried various loader products, and just felt like they were fattening super sugar loaders. Honey on the other hand has immune system properties and is nowhere near as sugary as refined product, it also bondes well with the creatine, but I don’t if it shields it from stomach acid.

I am so afraid when I load my creatine, that it is not working right?

Any suggestions? If you don’t think this works, how sould i load my monohydrate?

Doesn’t sound like you’re ‘loading’ as such.
Do you know what your dose level is? should be around 4 to 8 grams (depending on who you listen to and when you take it)
Why are you paranoid about stomach acid? Most guys just swallow with water (although I prefer to do this just before I eat, to take advantage of any insulin effect on absorbtion).

Creatine dissolves in the stomach acid, that is what is bonded to sugar and delivery systems. Otherwise if you just take the creatine it will dissolve in your stomach. Maybe only gettin 10% percent in your blood stream, thats what i heard it least. You have to bond it with something.

I personally think you’re over thinking this. You can mix it in apple juice and be fine…
