Loadable Atlas Stone Help

Hey guys I’m new here but I was hoping someone out there is able to help me with a particular problem I’m having. I’ve reached out in many places and haven’t gotten a response but basically I have a Titan loadable atlas stone that has a bolt that wont come out and I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I’ve used the stone only for about 3 workouts and when I went to add more weight to it, the bolt would only come out a little bit and wouldn’t let me the top cap. I’ve done everything from different sprays and solutions to heating it up with a heat gun and hoping it would loosen up but this thing is stubborn. I’ve resorted to using a Dremel and turning the bolt into a flathead screw essentially but its still not budging. Anything helps guys and thanks again.

Ok. First thing I’d do would be to give it a few whacks with a dead blow hammer to make sure it knows who’s boss. Also to make sure its correctly set on that inner lip, not bound or twisted sideways (but more the former than the latter). Then check the recess where the hex bolt passes through the top for good alignment or interference. Also the gap where the top & bottom join. Some concussions/vibration may align it better to make the bolt easier to remove, if the bolt is binding.
