Liver King News

Agreed, the average physicality is continually degrading it seems. I am not lean by any means but I feel miles ahead of average.

I get accused all the time too. People want instant gratification and don’t understand what consistent dedication over years can do.

I am reminded of one social media video I saw last year that got pulled of “Sarmsgirl” (yes that was her user name) 18 years old and on sarms because she wanted a bigger butt and slightly more muscular physique. Her response to critics that said to just work consistently for a few years was “yeah - I don’t want to wait that long”. That has stuck with me as the attitude of probably my generation and the one after summed up in one sentence.

I’ve encountered that with random driveby advice requests. “Hey dude: how do I get big?” Lift weights and eat a lot of food and do that for 10 years. People miss out on that last part.

Anyone who believed he was natural and bought his supplements deserved to be scammed.

They are probably breeding too.

Great.

I got accused in high school by coaches multiple times.

Most people are just lazy and don’t work above average.

well the GH doses are far from low. That’s the part that makes me think the other doses are likely accurate for his cruises (he did specify in his email that this was a cruise dose). But yea, obviously if he’s specifying that those numbers are his cruise, then the implication is that blasts are also part of his life.

I appreciated a good bit of the confession video, it was better than I expected, he didn’t really skirt the issue at all. I believe most of what he said, and I get how he got way too wrapped up in the lie. Shit just snowballs. I STRONGLY disagree with how adamant he was about NEVER taking steroids. That was way overboard, he certainly didn’t need to do that. But, ya know, he probably thought he had to do it. I’m sure the lies weren’t fun for him. There was a point in my life where I had to hide that I was using, and it really sucked. It’s important for me to be open/transparent about this stuff (as my posting history would suggest), and I would bet that there is a good deal of relief for him that he doesn’t have to lie about it anymore.

I will say, back to the cruise/blast thing, I think it’s very possible that he is/has used more than he’s letting on. I think he realizes exactly what is, and what isn’t, in those emails, and I think he smartly wrote this apology with the specific details in mind. He may very well not be on deca or winstrol NOW, that wouldn’t surprise me. Deca fucking sucks. I did it once, and never again. So yea, if he had the same experience on it I did, it would make sense.

He’s had a ton of money for as long as he’s been big, lol. It certainly wouldn’t surprise me if he’s never used illegal steroids. And CERTAINLY not now, that’d be goddamn insane. His emails reveal (among everything else), that he is extraordinarily meticulous in his day to day life, and doesn’t leave much to chance. And as has been said, he’s got the money to stay away from anything illegal.

agree, 100%. I think the diet is nonsense, or at the very least entirely unnecessary for getting great results in the gym and in life. It’s certainly not the panacea he’s made it out to be. BUT the tenets, in general, are pretty solid.

Good post. I’ve had co-workers think I had single-digit body fat and I responded, “Uh, thanks, but I’m likely 15%, and I’ll never again do what it takes to be single-digit again.”

I had a coworker today tell me he used to be 3% BF.

I respectfully told him that of the few people in the world who achieved 3% bodyfat, none made it out of their next decade alive, and none have achieved that without extreme steroid use.

He looked like he believed me as much as i believed his 3% BF claim.

The way you put it had me with literal lulz.

People have no idea what it takes for single digit bf.

Huge on the IG young men fitness groups. Utterly insane, but I do find him very entertaining if you view the whole thing as complete kayfabe

His confession video was hardly a confession video.

I generally stay away from social media and the likes as I dislike what social media culture entails coupled with the incessant vanity and narcissism that is prioritised, promoted and rewarded within ‘influencer’ culture.

From a quick glance, he seemed like a guy promoting another fad diet/lifestyle and reaping in profits.

I am impressed to see that it appears he actually walks the walk in terms of his dietary habits/meticulously structured lifestyle. He probably isn’t kidding when he says he doesn’t wipe his ass either.

I do believe he claimed natural, which is about as likely as Mike O Hearn or Simeon Panda being natural. If he has

  • myostatin disorder
  • absolutely insane genetics (think Tristyn Lee genetics, and Tristyn likely isn’t natural) and lives/breathes bodybuilding

I’d think "maybe’’ (Eddie Hall has partial MSTN mutation, look at a pic of him aged 14… that physique was from swimming… at the age of fourteen…)

On his confession video which I couldn’t be bothered to finish he starts rambling, talking about mental health and male suicide. It is interesting as to how one would promote a diet that potentially predisposes one to parasitic or bacterial infections and various vitamin and nutrient deficiencies/excesses in the name of “public health”.

Male suicide is a HUGE issue! Suicide in general is a huge issue. But I seriously doubt liver king (very rich) is promoting his workout routines, supplements and lifestyle with the end goal of helping depressed men…

He’s trying to save face, and his whole attitude/demeanour screams “me ME ME!!!” The way this type of vapid, overt narcissism that is not only prioritised… but encouraged and rewarded on social media and modern fitness culture is what drives many away from bodybuilding…

The market needs to change, we need realistic archetypes to ‘influence’ and encourage the average joe/jane to become more active. The expectations people have now… and the misconceptions many have surrounding weight training is unbelievable…

It is said people who take anabolic steroids score higher on surveys looking at dark triad personality characteristics… chicken or egg? I think it’s both

A promotional campaign for hormone optimization pimping what ever juice mill it was in the “leaked” emails.

There is nothing about this that isn’t scripted.

I’ve had someone tell me they ran 5 miles in 12 minutes when I was talking about some races I was doing at the time (this was a couple years back). I like when people lie but they’re not even calibrated enough to make it even remotely semi-plausible.

You’d love working at a bar. You’ll meet amazing men who can shoot quarters at 1000 yards with iron sight pistols. You’ll meet mysterious men who know the hidden ways of pressure points that can disable and even cripple, but are too responsible with their powers to demonstrate it on you. You’ll meet incredible warriors who were banned from a local world-class boxer’s gym for beating up the 2x WBA champion with a 55-4 record. You’ll meet some of the strongest men ever to walk the earth and dozens upon dozens of men who were pro-level athletes only to be derailed into a marijuana trimming career by cruel fate.

You may even meet alluring female wiccans who claim supernatural powers and hint at threesomes only to disappear into the night.

I can probably hit a quarter at 1000 mm lol.

My uncle owned a bar I dishwashed at and by midnight the stories were great.

Now, you’ve dashed dreams and hopes galore.

In the remote chance that an actual threesome occurs, it’s not of the cool kind.
