After five days straight of working out, rested this weekend, only doing 40min of medium intensity cardio on Sunday evening. Just some random specifics:
Bench press up 20lb to max of 8 reps at 260 - can hit it easily.
Dumbell Fly press up to max of 6 reps using 80lb dumbells in each hand - that’s up 20lb, also.
Squats up to max of 6 reps at 290 - up 30lb. Gotta go slow on this one bc of bad knee - but still feel like even more is possible.
If I do leg isolation machines (for quads or hamstrings) I almost stack out. Amazing. Also, if I do machines for abs I stack out.
Went to the beach all weekend and am having trouble dealing with everyone’s responses to my physique. I’ve always been a very lean guy - so even the 12 new pounds I have on me is VERY noticeable. I had at least a half dozen people ask me if I was “juicing” - and I had to say “no” each time. Figuring out a way to deal with all that is becoming a priority. Inside, I feel better and stronger - very “manly” (sorry if that sounds cheesy). LIke this is how my body is SUPPOSED to look. I work very hard, and feel like I deserve this kind of reward. But - a big but - you can’t explain this to friends who immediately associate AAS with all the stereotypes you see in the media. It’s a work in progress, I guess, and so am I.
Still some confusion over my test/estrogen levels. I’ve been using Adex .25EOD for the past two weeks and all has seemed fine. But this weekend couldn’t get a bone to save my life.
So something is off. I think that the large amount of test that is building in my system is finally converting. Viagra saved the day, but I need to figure out where I’m off. Plus - I’m pretty emotional. Actually, I’m VERY emotional. So those two things together point toward excess estrogen, right? Maybe I should up the adex to .25 every day? Doing some research on that right now - but I’m confused. I’m very relieved to have viagra, but don’t necessarily want to pop it every time I want to get laid - which is, like, what I want to do ALL the time lately.

Proviron would have helped but you don’t have it if I recall correctly and I think you are too far along to order some with delivery times being what they are.
You’re correct. No Proviron. Today I began to up my dosage of Adex to .25ED and see how I feel in this weekend. Might take it to .50ED if need be. Although I did read that I could get emotional on test - this is pretty bad. But - given that it’s the only side-effect I’m experiencing I’m not torn up about it. Just need to manage it better.
Weeks 1-12 250mg Test E3D (considering going down to about 200mg/E3D)
Weeks 1-4 40mg Dbol ED
There were LOTS and LOTS of opinions about dosage (I’m 180lb) - equally split bw advising 750mg/week of test and 500mg/week of test. I chose the 750/week, but I think it was a newbie mistake, and I’m seriously thinking of dialing down to 500mg/week. I am super emotional, so I may need to take it down a notch. Live and learn.
Moving into week 5 - strength is going up like crazy. This morning decline bench went from maxing out at 8 reps of 210 last week to a max of 8 reps of 240. Rocked.
Curious to know why you started the adex. Was it to control bloat or were you noticing any side effects that made you start? Also, what did you notice after taking it?

My test enanth dosage was pretty high for someone my size. I’m taking 250mg E3D and I’m only 5’8" - just hit 170. I was small (only 155, ten pounds smaller than I admitted) when I started. In five weeks I’ve put on 15 pounds.
So I think around week four of my cycle I began to have LOTS of test that was aromatizing and converting to estrogen. That would definitely explain the extreme bouts of emothion. Man, I was a mess.
Because of this, I started my adex at .25 EOD, and it wasn’t enough. I’m now at .25 every day, and I feel SO MUCH better. I seriously doubt it will hinder my gains - my cycle has already put almost 15 pounds on me in 5 weeks, as I mentioned above.
Yes, there is a little - very little - bloat. But basically I’m getting pretty big pretty fast. Extremely difficult workouts, very low-intensity cardio three times a week, and an extremely clean diet (which, I think, has kept the bloat down.)
Seriously, I’m upping my weights by 10% every time I work out, and the only reason I don’t do more is bc I don’t want to hurt myself. My physique is starting to look, well, very solid and much more muscular. Feels amazing…LR

Cool, Jus wondering. I havent experienced any sides yet but I do have a little bloat, nothin to complain about though.
Do what I used to do when asked if I used, it shut them up all the time. Say yes I do take steroids so what. Then see what their response is. Sure they go on to say the only reason you look like that is the steroids. Who cares about the 6 meals a day, the training, the dieting, the rest, the times you can’t party like assholes(like them) because you have to be at the gym in the morning. Most of these people are ignorent fools so its best if you treat them as such.
