Will do, give me 12-24 hours, I have a few emails to get back too
Little bit torn here, don’t need advice per se but will outline my dilemma. Two options present are
test/deca
test/eq
My reasoning here for the first option are
- join pain relief
- added generalised anabolism
Reasoning for the second option
- my haemoglobin has further dropped, is now 130 (and I’m symptomatic). The causation is iron deficiency, hence AAS certainly isn’t the answer here, iron supplementation is. However was stipulating perhaps increased output and sensitivity to erythropoietin would correct the problem faster when combined with iron supplementation. Otherwise it’ll take 12-20 weeks just to feel right again.
LFT’s are elevated (mildly), had testing done post Europe trip… I’m sure you can guess why they’re elevated… cardiac imaging came back fine, as did ECG. Not starting anything yet, as I need to wait until LFT’s are in line. Iron deficiency is induced from haemorrhoids (bleeding)… and I don’t want to get a haemmoroidectomoy (which is the next progression). Providing adequate stimulus to keep red cell count/haemaglobin adequate whilst continually bleeding on a regular basis may prove impossible though.
@Singhbuilder I’m asking you as you’ve anecdotally got experience here
Say one is in a financial situation in which they can only afford a few vials of test + MAYBE some proviron (found a way to get it real cheap). Would 250mg test + 50 mg proviron lessen the water retention associated with higher test doses?
Otherwise I need to continually save. I’ve gotten my refund (yay), but I have higher priorities regarding what I need to use my funds on. Particularly saving up to move out, next year the university I’m going to… the campus is like over an hour away, thus taking my car there and back daily is incredibly impractical and will result in using up a lot of gas (very expensive), so after calculating university expenses + gas expenses vs uni expenses + moving out, it may equate to being roughly the same. Also, like just about any other teenager in the world, I want out of my parents house… even if it’s beautiful, on a large portion of farmland (we have sheep… getting chickens)… I want out, also have to live with my grandma, and whilst she is old and I love her (and should spent more time with her blablabla) she is INCREDIBLY irritating, this is one thing I can agree with my father… and pretty much all of my family on, she is INCREDIBLY hard to live with (I can explain why if you wish to know, there’s legitimate reasoning here)… Keep in mind I clash with my father a lot, he is one of the “I love Donald Trump unwaveringly, Scott Morrison is the best president we’ve ever had, climate change is over-rated and/or barely exists” types… I find that incredibly hard to deal with, especially when he tries to argue with me/ say “No, that isn’t true”… bitch I can pull up literature that empirically disproves you’re statements, but then you reply “no but you can show a piece of literature proving everything”… there’s no excuse for downplaying climate change now, esp regarding our current situation in Australia, the air quality is SO bad here (with all the smoke) it’s being compared to smoking a pack a day…
I’ve never been a fan of Proviron, its never really done much for me from what I can see. I much prefer Masteron over Proviron. I know some people absolutely love it, but either I’m a non-responder or I just don’t notice its subtle effects.
If I were in your position and strapped for cash, I would just run low dose test until I can afford gear comfortably. You could always try proviron and see if it does anything for you, in regards to water retention, no I dont think it will do anything from higher doses of test.

Well I’ve found the solution… found a vial of mast within my belongings, one vial of deca and TRT test I can afford to run 100 mast 100test 100 deca easily… there’s my solution… costs me 100$, that’s it… My TRT dose is higher than 100, but don’t want to run 145 test 100 mg mast 100mg deca, seems too high
Also found 15 10mg tabs of dbol… not that that’ll do anything but I’m going (probs in 3 weeks from now) to use them up and never use dbol again because I don’t like it (aside from the fullness it provides)
Not looking to cycle yet, however using this long term is like a constant low dose cycle regardless (probably about the anabolic equivalent of 250mg test). I’m not sure if I ever want to run a proper cycle (in the 500-1000mg range), perhaps I will… but I at the moment I believe my experiments will pertain to microdosing.
If I ever were to run higher dosages it’d almost certainly be with something mild (400mg primo for instance)
Just keep an eye on your bloods and heart health (I know you will).
I think you’ll feel pretty damn good on that “cycle”, whenever I ran nandrolone its the complete opposite to Tren mentally, you feel calm and stable (even with my bipolar) and joints felt really good.

Will do, actually JUST had cardiac imaging done, the results came back fine.
Wasn’t an echocardiogram as it’s difficult to get them here, but ECG + chest X-ray (two angles), fairly good in relation to ruling out the development of LVH, cardiomyopathy etc. Last Echocardiogram was about eight months ago.
Bloods aren’t great currently (after Europe, LFT’s aren’t super), hence why I’m waiting about 3-4 weeks. Being anaemic and hypogonadal currently sucks tremendously, that’ll change once my needles arrive (the hypogonadal part). That being said just because I feel terrible (also found out my friends are absolute shitheels… so that sucks, spent like a year hanging out with them and still have nothing to show for it.) doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be exercising. So today whilst I couldn’t muster up the energy to get into gym, I did manage to cycle 30km… better than nothing.
Alrighty, saw a podiatrist today… will update just based on what my evaluation revealed
- nerve damage within regard to left ankle (can’t flex certain muscles pertaining to my lower leg, I’ve always been aware of this though)
- Joint stiffness/lack of mobility within said ankle
- Extensive muscular imbalance from left to right side of my lower/upper body largely dependent on two variables 1: The lack of ability to use my left leg/shift weight to it, leading to muscular imbalance within the lower/upper leg, hip… the rest of the imbalances pertaining to my upper body appears to be induced by genetics (note this is left/right imbalance, as in one side of my body is notably bigger… damn irritating actually)
- Scoliosis, I’ve had this since I was a child but was told the curvature wasn’t significant enough to induce any degree of ailment/pain… apparently that was a load of horse-shit, and it’s led to extensive muscular imbalance as a coping mechanism… there are numerous potential issues pertaining to what scoliosis can induce long term, whether it’s correctable now (functional abnormality leading to structural abnormality as growth plates close) is a crapshoot, growth plates in numerous reigns of my body were documented to have been closed at age 15… hence when I broke my foot the comment “have you broken this before? because you’re growth plates are closed…”
- I’ve been in quite a bit of pain recently, it’s (once again) becoming highly irritating just to live out day to day life, the shoulder is far better post cortisone shot, but other areas are acting up
It’s shit, there’s a lot of medical ailment here, further fuels my beliefs that I’ll die young (lifestyle decisions and general track record)… that being said, health ailments that effect me typically tend to be conditions that impact quality of life, not life threatening/legitimately dangerous pathology… perhaps it’s only a matter of time, or perhaps I’m just prone to muculoskeletal abnormalities (have been present since birth and BHJMS runs in my mothers side on the family, I’m not the only one who has had chronic joint/muscle pain from a young age. Chances are however given my genetics that I won’t die particularly before my allocated time, anxiety and preconceived notions still harbour the aforementioned, specified belief.
Doctor did say to me “you’re very young, you shouldn’t have fibromyalgia”… are you sure, did someone legitimate diagnose you? I get irritated with comments like this… no shit I shouldn’t have said condition, I was diagnosed via a legitimate pediatric pain specialist at the time after a lot of time spent weeding out diagnosis’s… given the strong correlation between that and BJHMS it makes sense…
So I have to get X-rays take now, perhaps go under the knife again to get the screws taken out etc, ehhhhhhh… I don’t like being put under, esp due to the inherent risks AAS induce regarding hyper coagulability… doctors are incredibly uneducated regarding these drugs and would thus might have no idea what to look for during these procedures.
you find out if youre going under the knife again?
ps You ever get the picture I sent you?
I may be able to avoid going under again
Have to wait a few months… then even if it’s recommended… it’s not like I HAVE to… just a recommendation. At this point I’m extremely weary regarding invasive surgical procedures. The initial procedure (in which the surgeon wrongly told me it didn’t matter whether the screws came out or not) has ended in a whole world of pain.
I’m still doing squats and whatnot, but with all bilateral leg exercises more weight is (uncontrollably) shifted to my right leg/hip, facilitating muscular imbalance. I try balance things out by adding unilateral exercises (single leg leg presss, leg extensions etc)… but that can only go so far when one can’t even properly activate certain muscles on the left side due to nerve damage (and yes, there is pain associated with the nerve damage, typically a tingling/burning pain)
Have you ever tried aqua training to take the stress off the body, while retaining resistance?
Yeet, I have done hydrotherapy before
The resistance isn’t the problem, I’m fine with resistance training, it’s the fact that nerve damage prevents certain muscles from being able to activate (only pertaining to my lower body)… though my upper body isn’t great, I find swimming is more aggravating regarding my shoulders comparative to resistance training with weights
well my work here is done, I wish you the best moving forward with this and hope you avoid any surgery as I fear it sometimes makes things worse.
Yes, my goal is to not go under the knife again, even if reccomended I’ll be a stubborn potato and say “nope”
I’ve found throughout life what has impacted my quality of living the most significantly has been… being my own advocate
If I don’t want more surgery… I’m not getting more surgery
I can easily learn to deal with the ailments I have be it through varying lifestyle alterations and pharmaceutical interventions, but if the situation becomes worse… it makes things more and more difficult. I can live a (reasonably) normal life the way I currently am… don’t want to risk making things worse
Don’t mean to change the subject, but did you ever end up getting that email more curious than anything.
Yeah, my step dad had surgery on both his knees replaced and he felt worse then prior to the surgery. but he refuses to make life style changes so itll be his fate at the end.
I’ve also found quality of life over quantity of life to be most valuable.
Yea mate I’ll reply tonight. I apologise, a bit busy in general (have family over currently who I don’t usually see, and surprisingly I’m going out quite a bit these days, then there’s also gym, responsibilities, chores etc) + I don’t check the email that often (once a day or so) and sometimes I’ll recieve a few emails (of varying lengths) on any given day… not a good enough excuse though, I apologise and I’ll get back to you tonight
No it wasn’t a question, friend!
it was making sure you got proof of the ester cocktail my man, happy belated birthday!
no commitment here, thanks for all you do its what I thought could help you is all!
Cheers.
@unreal24278 Question for you, or who ever answers.
I left work about 2 weeks ago (jan9) around 235 pounds (revised checked my log) and nothing out of the ordinary for food was ate between then and yesterday(jan 25) but I weighed in 14 pounds heavier.
I trained way higher than normal at home like 7 days straight when usually im about 3 days a week with the same intensity even high in the rep range for squats while probably eating less food.
But I took 400/mg test jan 13 , jan 17 and them another 200/mg shot jan 20 do you think that much over a short period would account for close to 10/lbs of water and bloat? I’ve also flew quite a bit in between travelling like 22 hours or so total but I also drank which is unusual for me.
what are your thoughts, I seem to leave work 5-9 pounds lighter every time but eat like a fiend, trying my hardest to stay relatively heathy with lower carb intake and drink 3-4 liters of water a day.
I gained 14 lbs the first month of 220mg. It’s possible
I believe it, I need to weigh myself again tonight but I woke up and feel like I look like a different person lol. woke up to urinate like 4 times for extensive times so I think my body is adjusting now.
