Little Dirty Bulker

Guys,

I got big over the years from powerlifting not giving two shits about the way I looked,I got big and had muscle but
One day I stood in the mirror and realised I was a fat fuck so I cut for 3 months

I lost muscle mass but what the hell I am looking a lot better and most importantly feeling it!i don’t powerlift anymore and moved
To bodybuilding style training as always I take it very seriously and remain dedicated to dieting do I don’t get fat

I have a plan already in place for my muscle building phase however
I was wondering if you guys had any good ways to make things like
Fish/eggs taste nicer?like sauces?

Also do you guys eat bacon ever?i was thinking once per month might be ok?just thinking
Of some good cheats, thinking I might cheat twice a week and see how it goes

I eat bacon most mornings now that I am trying to start to add some weight, it is only 2-4 pieces which comes out to 160 calories. Mostly I use it as a “reward” to make myself eat eggs and the bacon grease on the eggs makes it taste a lot better

eat bacon every day if you want.

I like the way you think.

Spices man, spices for dayzzz.

Haha this makes me laugh 2-4 pieces. When I buy bacon it is a single serving package. I cook every single slice. Those who say you can never have too much bacon have clearly never ate 22 slices of bacon. Admittedly I have never ate that many slices of pork bacon but I regularly eat a whole package of turkey bacon.

Considering “turkey bacon” real bacon makes me laugh. No one eats a package of turkey bacon. Not because it is a lot but, because it taste/smells disgusting.

What I like to use in the kitchen and some quick recipes:

Necessary spices/garments:
Black pepper (grainy kind), white pepper (powder), salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic bits, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese

Liquids:
Ketchup, olive oil, some kind of vinegar, soy sauce, cooking alcohol, lemon juice

Salmon: black pepper all around, some thyme, wrap in foil, fry directly over pan, turn over if pan gets too hot. 5ish min and easy preparation/clean up.

Eggs: good with spinach and celery. Chop spinach and simmer in water for a little. Dice a little bit of celery. Start to scramble eggs. White pepper, salt, garlic powder. Mix in vegetables and don’t over cook eggs. Top with some Parmesan cheese.

Homemade barbecue sauce FAST: get some ketchup, put in black pepper, cumin, and salt. Add cayenne pepper to your desired level of spiceyness. Put in a little bit of vinegar (balsamic is best but not necessary) and mix. Should be somewhat thick like BBQ sauce. I can’t buy BBQ sauce where I live so this is great for many things.

Vegetable mix: steam / cook chunky vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, etc. Chill a tomato in ice water. When soft, transfer vegetables to a large bowl, season with black pepper, salt, oregano, and some garlic. Mix in olive oil and stir the vegetables around so flavor is even and transfer to a plate. Chop the tomato into small chunks and put the tomato chunks over the vegetables. Tp it with some Parmesan cheese.

Turkey bacon? Disgraceful.

like everyone else says, spices. you can mix em with plain greek yogurt to make a low-damage sauce.
I like humus, make my own, and mix it with everything. it tastes good with meat, cottage cheese, eggs, and any veggie.
