Just wanted to double check with you guys to see what I’m getting into here. WIthout going into too much detail, I was an over-responder to anastrazole, and had some bad back acne, which I firmly believe is from the anastrozole due to the timing and trial and error.
I’ve decided to give liquid exemestane a shot, but can’t seem to find much information on the dosage in regards to TRT. I’ve read ED or EOD seems to work well (this is coming from AAS boards and their bro-science), so I plan on starting at 12.5mg ED and paying close attention to my elevated E2 indicators.
KSman, here is your context.
I’m not branching from my log, just wanted some input. I’ll update my log after my experiment.
That’s a good starting dose and every day dosing is the way to go. I had to lower my daily dose a little because 12.5mg a day dropped my E2 to 16 which isn’t to bad but a little lower than I’d like to see it. Dosing adjustments are very easy and predictable. I’d take it over adex any day.

You should look up the half life of the drug. If the half life is say 4 days, then you can do it every other day. If it is only 1 day then you should do it every day also depending on testosterone dosage…if you are doing 200mg/week then every other day with a longer half life would be best.
Thanks for the responses, guys. From what I’ve found, the half life is approx. 27 hours, so I agree that ED would be the best course of action. I failed to mention previously what my T dose was.
It calculates to 75mg/day compounded cream, so approximately 7.5/day bioidentical for 52.5/week to relate to T injections, which yield around 70mg/week from a 100mg/week dose. This dose gets me around 800 for TT.
