Line Across Upper Pecs

What Training regimen do you use to get a line going through your chest …BTW dont say incline training… Cause i figured that… be more specific ( high rep ect… ) I Think Franco had this down pretty well.

lots of muscle, very little fat.

THE END

A razor will probably do the trick.

(Sorry dude, I have no idea what line you’re talking about.)

I personally use a permanant marker

That’s what it was for me. Getting rid of fat around my chest and putting on muscle mass. You looked really young in the pics you posted earlier…Your body will develop if you keep lifting and eating healthy.

Heavy, Heavy bench press. and keep the reps low say 4-6 reps. Start out with a couple of warm up sets and then pound the weight. Incline work the same way. Forget about doing flies for now and just focus on heavy weight. The more muscle/ less fat ratio the better the definition. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Just remember at the bottom of a bench press, you still have to lift the bar off your chest- not leave it there.

I really don’t understand why you’re saying to ditch flyes. For some reason, it has become popular to completely ditch isolation movements, and I think that’s wrong – especially when the guy has bodybuilding goals.

Don’t limit yourself to one exercise just because it has become trendy to call anything but the power lifts a pussy movement. Hell, Gironda wide-grip neck-presses (http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1100725) work well, and they require a lot less weight than a regular bench press.

Guys don’t pay attention to this fucktard troll, here’s his other thread and check out his profile, waste of space. http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1200490

I’m at 12% BF and have the “line” you speak off…just put on more muscle

I’m not saying flies are not a great exercise. I simply think that for now let them go and focus on HEAVY flat/incline benches that all. Personally I love my pec dec.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I have ‘the line’ seperating my upper and lower pecs, but I’m not so sure I like it. I think I would like for that one little area to be as full as my lower and upper pecs. I think this would give my chest a bulkier look.

what line is he talking about? can someone show me?

I assume he’s talking about separation between the two pectoral heads, which appears as a horizontal line across the upper 1/3 of the chest. Franco Columbo just had some freaky genetics. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen anyone with chest separation anywhere near as deep as his.

But like everybody else said, all you can do is build your chest up as much as possible, then go to super low body fat and see how the chips land.

All the benching in the world won’t ensure chest separation. This is a genetic phenomenon. You can draw the same comparison to the freaky bicep separation of Darrem Charles or Ronnie Coleman. In otherwords, there isn’t a “specfic” chest or bicep exercise that will give that freaky separation. Although low body fat levels and diet are key if you expect to have any separation at all.

Time, gotta pay your dues kid, that stuff doesnt happen overnight.
