Hey guys, new to T Nation, been wandering the site for a long time. Just wanted to see if anyone had some input onto the program I’m working on for strength development.
The focus is on Bench/Squat/Deadlifts. For each I progress from workout to workout in a 5x5, 5x3, 3x3, then repeat and progressively overload with each workout. So next 5x5 day would be more weight than the last etc. Follow the main lift with some accessory work. And I do a 2 on 1 off split.
Any thoughts on this?
