Notes: Made the mistake of having my pre-workout cocktail of Beta-Alanine, Creatine and a spike shooter with an empty stomach, I was light headed and neasueas throughout the session really had no strength whatsoever. Overshot the pause squats, as I was hard headed and had an idea of 350 for 3 today should have stopped at 335. Deads sucked too, but at least I was smarter and went a little under my RPE instead of overshooting it. Snatch grip SLDL were tough but good. Used a hook grip on these.

Brian - yeah tons of numbers, it makes me think Im smart. I like the programming one of the main reasons I like it is there is so much volume on the main lifts I have no energy to stray and add on a ton of extra stuff which I usually do. After the main movements of the day I dont have the energy or the time to do much extra, This last session was an anomaly.

Kev - I wanted to tell you that 90 90 stretch you brought really really has helped, my back has not been barking as of late.
