Looking strong Matty. I normally have to listen to music on my phone. I can only handle so much of the hip hop / top 40 my gym plays. One of my buddies was a trainer there for a while. He tried to change it to something heavier, but the old ladies had a melt down.

I hear ya, Ive noticed in a lot of commerical gyms will cater to the members taste according to age and time of day. When I used to train at LA fitness in the am, it was an older crowd, and the music was in their wheelhouse, when I went in the evening it was geared to a younger crowd and it meant alot of hiphop and club music.

Oly squats are always good and the chins w/chains looks like a good work session.
