Thanks Jim, you answered my question anyway. I really just wanted to know that the template I’ve been working isn’t obviously retarded in any manner - and apparently it isn’t so I will keep plugging away!
Yeah I won’t lie; I’m not waking up bursting with enthusiasm every day. But I am forcing myself to do at least Something, as something is always better than nothing. So far it’s working really well, and the hours after lifting are always the hours I feel healthiest.
