Full Throttle is an mma based general conditioning program that was released not to long ago…Anyhow it said that if you rested 6 hours or more you can train or lift weights on the same day.
Now, I’m assuming you don’t want to do a full body workout on the same day as it would be too much stress on your body. So, do any particular split routines come to mind that would combine well with Full Throttle?
