Yes I had increased my running and was training like a bitch and then I came down with a chest infection which in turn left me with bruised and strained ribs
Horrible timing. So my training of late has been resting. lol!
I decided to heal up as best as possible (still not fully healed yet) and then just giver shit! (hopefully my past fitness level will be enough ![]()
