Nothing to report from last night, other than I did TABATA JUMPROPE! Fuck, for a guy who hasn’t really jumped rope in years, that was very hard. One thing I will get out of its continued use, is that my calves will build up a little endurance, and I’ll start using the rope more. I’ve read that calf endurance is an often overlooked importance when it comes to the Tough Mudder. We’ll see what I can do about that. Also, I need to run more, I just hate it. LOL

Thanks Major, I don’t have much but it’s been enough to get by for now. I love having the SSB, because it’s so damn brutal. I really need to pick up a couple or regular bars though, one’s tweaked and one is completely fucked but I keep deadlifting on it because it hasn’t broken into pieces yet. Soon though, it’ll snap, lol.

I’ve been looking hard at Craigslist lately for some equipment (power rack), there actually is some pretty good stuff out there. Bars, I’d prob buy from elite or eleiko. You’ve got a good start to your collection

Yeah, I might go with Elite bars, I just need a good power bar and maybe, a deadlift bar if I can round up some extra cash. Just one solid straight bar would suffice, and I could pull with the powerbar no problem, I’m just being greedy haha.
You could also check out places like Rogue Fitness and Jesup gym for buying a bar. I got all but one of my bars through EFS, but there are other options out there for good quality barbells.
