Hey Ink, just getting caught up on your log. It’s easier to see the vid here than on my phone using g+ so figured I’d check it out.

Solid work being done in here. Front squat looked good. It’s a max effort so it’s hard to gauge how good your form is but from what I can tell it definitely looked good. Are you using straps to hold the bar? I don’t think that you necessarily need to switch to a clean grip as the only advantage that I’ve found is that it feels a bit more stable and there’s less room to “cheat”. But whatever…

Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words. And hell yeah, unracking the bar I almost put my face on the flag. I’ll usually pick a star and focus on it. That or I blur everything out until I rack the bar, haha.
