LOL Patch. Thanks, I think. I’ve gotten creative with the band use to try and hit exercises I don’t think are really possible without an actual “gym”. I’m usually surprised by the results.

Todays session started alright, then got really rough, but ended with my 2 year old coming down from her room after a nap, and cheering me on. I told her I had 5 more squats, and she would say “5 more squats, Daddy?”

How do you like squatting every session? I’m a huge fan and might give what you’re doing a shot in a few months. How long do your sessions take?
Young kids are great aren’t they. My son does that same thing when I drag the sled and it’s always “faster daddy faster”. They are the perfect motivational coach. Did you see that “Dad Strong” article over at EFS?
Hey James, with Sheiko, it’s not squatting EVERY session, it’s squatting mon/fri with deads on wed (Or however the week is laid out). Benching every session though, I really like. I like the frequency of reinforcing my technique, I think it’s helped my bench move a decent amount.
Most sessions take around 90 minutes. The longest ones have been about 2 hours, and only once did it take 3 hours, but that was when I hit a real PL gym and trained with a friend of mine, throwing in a lot of extra shit.
Yeah, I saw that on EFS, and actually posted it to FB. More squats daddy? Haha, loved it. Kids are great…most of the time

Just dropping by to make sure you’re still training and not just getting fat I’m sure you’ll be happy to hear I’ve moved back to some more PL-type training as I get into shape for this wedding (August 25 just so ya know). It’s amazing how quickly my body got back into its groove… squats for days!
Your puppies are gorgeous, as are your girls. Hope you enjoyed Christmas with them! I’ll try to drop by more often to follow as you head towards your 1 year meet. 500lb deadlift… jeebus!
