My gut is too big to wear lower, at least at the setting it was at. I pinched the shit out of myself on the first attempt. I’ll work on a lower positioning though, it is a bit on the high side.

When you wear the belt lower…try wearing it at an angle so like if you were looking at yourself from the side with the belt on, the belt is angled downward…does that make any sense lol

Yeah, it does. I’ve done that in the past, but I don’t know why I haven’t done it recently? I like it higher for squats, but I’ll play around with it next time. Thanks brosephine

How am I supposed to rest the bar across them for squats tonight? And, my legs are so sore from the 21 rep challenge that I’m going to die tonight.
