And yes, then I worked up to that widowmaker which, btw, combined with Saturday AM’s squats, have my ass/hams still VERY sore today.

Long weekend. GPP? Laid flooring at my dad’s house for 6 hours on Saturday, painted the gym for a couple hours yesterday AFTER walking around the Zoo for 5 hours. But, the gym is painted, and I’m ordering the flooring today. Hoping it comes in this week and I can get it installed before Saturday. Build a platform Saturday hopefully, and move everything in. LWI on Sunday :wink:

I was told my form was shit on my Deadlift, so now the quest begins to figure out how to fix it lol.

Court, Sure… Squat’s up to 315x1, Bench 275x1, DL 450x1. Tons of LOL’s from the jokesters around here. I’m using Sheiko programming lately and loving it. Mock meet at my house this weekend. Probably keep Sheiko’ing until I stop making good gains. Finally finishing the home gym, tiling the floor and building a platform are all that’s left. That’s it!

Blaze, Just wait a few more days and I’m going to beat that 450 even.

Benching/squatting tonight, off the rest of the week until “Meet” day.

Hoping to put the flooring in the gym tonight, if I can make the trip out to the ONLY home depot in 50 miles that has the black tiles I want. Black and white checkerboard FTMFW!

Just 5. Did Sheiko 29 followed by the 5 week comp cycle routine. We’ll see how it paid off soon. I need to go back and see my numbers before I started Sheiko and see how far it’s brought my in 9 weeks, but I’m pretty lazy.

Currently eating a whole rotisserie chicken I bought a couple days ago, before it goes ‘bad’, haha.

Just got back from finding some black tiles for the gym, at the only Home Depot in the damn state that had them. AND…they were pulled from the shelves to be returned to the supplier. “Uh yeah, well I checked your inventory online and it said there were 13 boxes here. I need 2. So…?”

“Oh, they’re up there sir, 20’ above your head, no wonder you missed them.”

And on the way back, I just happened to come across a feed store, so I stopped to see if they had stall mats for my platform. Bam, had them for $20 cheaper than the place near my house. Winning!

Tonight, I’m laying some tile…and working on erecting…a platform design, LOL!

Garage gym is becoming more and more amazing.

Even more so that it’s not a garage gym. The garage is the temporary setting while I finish the indoor gym. So basically I’ve made a whole separate room in my house, a gym. It used to have this real long room that was a formal dining room/ “family” room for sitting and sipping tea or some crap. I erected (LOL) a wall when we moved in, that split that section in half, so I could have an indoor gym. Well, finally…a year and a half later (procrastinate much?) I’ve ripped out the carpet, finished the drywall on the new addition, painted, and am going to put down VCT tile (like the stuff in a grocery store) and cover most of it with a platform. Then I’ll be moving the rack inside and onto the platform, putting the treadmill back in there (Or maybe the garage since it barely gets used), and continuing the epic saga of Ink’s awesomeness indoors.

I’ve got a sketch drawn up using pen and crayons (what was readily available at my kitchen table) that is almost exactly to scale.

I really want to finish this in time for my “meet” this weekend, so I can break it in properly with a PR parade.

Now I just need a good name for it.

Ideas?
