I want a keggerator as well, for obvious reasons (college student and all). Would be amazin, though I feel like my waist size would not appreciate having it available.

Blaze, I supervise/manage a cable assembly department, where we build cables for various applications. Mostly military stuff, a lot of which is going onto the JSF F-35 aircraft. Yeah, a keg would not help keep your super hawt abz, NTTAWWT though!

Last nights training went pretty well. Paused benches were smooth, squats were easy, flyes were really easy, but GMs were HARD.

Couple of pounds of pizza PWO hit the spot, and I was basically a vegetable on the couch afterwards for the rest of the night.

Looking strong man. My ideal PWO routine is a couple of pounds of pizza and a nap on the couch, that is the stuff dreams are made of!

Phlegms, yeah dude, it was awesome. Got so much leftover pizza though (buy one get one free coupon!) I’m set for the rest of the week. Probably gain a few lbs but IDGAF!

I know dude…I know. Although, I will say that the last time I did though, 3x5 was HARD. Last night, 10/10/8 was easier than I was expecting, and I’ve done NO ab work since the last time I “wheeled”. Just goes to show that squats/deads do work the abs. Oh, and I couldn’t even sit up in bed this morning, I had to roll/flop off the side, LOL.

Phlegms, lunges blow goats, but they’re prescribed so I do them. They work.

Just caught up on your log man congrats on the 1000 pound total, and hittin pr’s left and right!

Thats the thing, they suck to do and are really tiring and hard and stuff…but they are super effective. Curse you lunges!

Done. Quick session, done in about 40 minutes. Also did a bit more work on the “dungeon” and I might start painting tonight. Once paint’s done, black and white checkerboard flooring will go in, then the PR Platform will be constructed, and everything will be moved inside. Can’t. Wait.
