Last nights session, all things aside, was fucking perfection. I’ve had some family stuff to dealwithit.jpg right now, and it’s hard, to be honest. I had to channel everything I had to go deep into rage-mode, and SFW last night. SFW feels so good sometimes, you just can’t help but pull the beanie a little lower and push yourself harder than what’s “prescribed”. 90%? Sure, but I want a PR…so…what do you think is gunna happen?

*Really tried a different approach with my DL this time. I didn’t look down, grab the bar, breath out, then back in and go. I tried to exhale everything while standing up, arms up, deep breath in, get down to the bar without looking at it (head up) and rip the fuck out of it. feelsgoodman.
Taking today OFF, since 3 days of sheiko in a row is rough. On track to kill it Friday, then off this weekend. I’m volunteering at the Oktoberfest on Saturday, so hopefully I’ll score some good beers afterwards. Beers are anabolic, right?
