Haha, Hey Masch, not a comic nerd so I’m unsure about where you’re headed with that one, and thanks. I try to keep intensity at a moderate to high level at all times, as trying to lift without it makes for shit sessions.

Speaking of shit sessions, did 5 hours of GPP yesterday, in the form of helping my sister in law move. Well, “helping” isn’t the right word, since that implies she helped also. LOL. So sore and so tired today, I need to take a nap after work today, and I never take naps.

I looked into the next 5 weeks of training, and am definitely going to go with the 5 week comp cycle from Sheiko. I’ve calculated all my numbers, and it’s going to be brutal. Second week in has “skills evaluation” which means a mock meet working up to a single @ 95%. If those go well, I’ll know my openers/expected lifts at that point, which will be nice for a change rather than just guessing at what I think I could hit like I do at meets.

Main, the bow is a monster. I’ll try to get an action pic sometime. Sheiko was a very big positive the first time through, which is why I’m sticking with it.

Been exhausted lately. This weekend just wore me the hell out. I haven’t had the urge to train once the time comes around to do so, so I’ve bitched out. I was going to start the 5 week comp cycle last night, but at the end of the day I was just fried. I’ll start it tonight though, EVEN THOUGH MY MEET WAS CANCELED!

Yep, the person hosting it backed out, so there goes that idea. What I will do, however, is continue on the shcedule I was planning and hold a mock meet, vid all the lifts, and let you guys judge. Oct 29th is still the date, I’ll just be foreveralone.jpeg instead of with a bunch of other lifters. The next meet I’m going to do is the Raw State meet at the end of March. There should be some big meet PR’s there, and I’ll be a 220 (At least, haha).

So that’s where I’m at. I’ll get after it tonight. I will.

Well, last night was fantastic. Remember when I hit my 315 squat PR after all my other work sets? Well, I figured why not push it a little on Bench. Not in the program, but FUCK IT.

265x1 +15# PR That’s right, nailed that shit. Lower back cramped but LWI’d that shit. Properly ramped up, I could have gotten a bit more I think.
