Life Just is Really Tough Sometimes

Good luck with everything. You’re a great guy, and a huge asset to our community. My thoughts and prayers are going your way.

Thoughts and prayers for you Baub.

I hope she pulls through. You’re in my thoughts as well. A good guy like you deserves better than life’s given you. Seems like sometimes those with the strength to bear the heaviest burdens are tested with the heaviest adversity.

Good luck big buddy.

Wishing all the best for her to pull through.
My thoughts are with you and your loved ones.

Brutal, I choked up a bit reading that. Pulling for her and you.

That is very unfortunate for your family. I’m sorry to hear this Bauber. Stay strong and keep lifting brother.

Agree with everybody else that posted before me.Keep your head up and stay strong for yourself and your loved ones big guy.

I hope eveything works out Bauber.

All the best, man. You’ve got to know that you’re strong enough, inside and out, to get through and come out the other side. For whatever it’s worth, I’ve learned that trying to understand “why” can drive you crazy real quick. Try to focus on the ‘now’ and be with your family as much as you can.

I’ve been going through a lot of shit the last 4 years. It’s not been easy, it’s stuff that keeps you up all night every night and makes you look at bottles of whiskey like medicine.[/quote]
And best wishes to you. You’re a good guy and another strong bastard. Just take care.

Thank you all of you. Means a lot. Update she’s breathing on her own now and conscious and talking. Still is in heparin for blood clots in the lungs. Has a long way to go and lots of surgeries, but she’s still with us and the docs think she will make a fairly close to full recovery. No nerve damage or any internal bleeding. Things are looking up. As much as they can.

Wow that’s amazing! I’m sure she’ll have a tough road ahead though having broken the largest bones we have in our bodies. I hope she’ll be able to walk and move about normally after her rehabilitation.

I’m really happy to hear about the good turn of events. I hope there continues to be more of the same.

Wow man, very sorry to hear about this unfortunate turn of events. Glad to here she’s improving, I have nothing but respect for you. You’ve overcome some tough situations, people can talk about being strong in the weight room or whatever but your mental toughness has clearly carried over into your everyday life, that in my eyes makes a real man. I wish you and your sister inlaw nothing but the best.

Glad to hear the news; you and your loved ones are in my prayers big guy!

Sometimes we wake up and the bad dream is real. Don’t let it crush your spirit baub.

(As she improves tell her you’ve been reading up on nutrition and bring her this nutrition pyramid to help her get well)
