I do want to point out that your previous post regarding enforcement, and Bush II’s vs. Obama’s stance on the “War On Drugs/Test” is one reason why I blame Bush II. Bush I was OK, but fuck if I can’t find more wrong with Bush II than I can find right.
In other words, you’re absolutely right about enforcement via funding. I remember that Bush II funded some stupid effort against internet bong sales in his first year in office. What a retard! These types of things are just one reason why I, and others can’t stand Bush I.
