The line in the clip about how he’s not even that big (‘but he will be on game day!’ -lol) is right on. Hagar seems to know. I saw Kev at a Night of Champions he didn’t compete at. He was barely 200 if that. A few months later at the Olympia, he was enormous!
I’m certain if he really wanted, he could come back anytime.
