Levrone Calls Out Father & Son

I’m considering doing 4 sets of 20 tomorrow, but definitely not with 225. I could probably get the first set at that weight, and drop the weight for the rest.

I did 4 x 20 on leg extensions. That’s pretty much the same thing, right?

Back in the days I could do 4x20 with 225 but I couldn’t squat 405

You can train strength endurance up to a ridiculous degree-

That is why I am always sceptical when someone claims that he could do such and such because he can lift 200lbs till the cows come home.

It does not translate that terribly well.

Im somewhat of the opposite.

Last time I did 20 rep squats I did 275x20 then dropped to 225 for two sets. However Im maxing in the low 5s right now which would lead me to believe I could knock out 315 for 20 no problem.
