Lol @ Hungry - I’m the same way! I simply hate not having my music to workout. I have so many anal tendencies for the gym - the right pants (spandex) for certain training days, my hat, the camera - even the time of day I go…and i wonder why I have no friends.

Greeney, great to see (most) of you in that video! When I first started with the deadlift, 95 lbs. felt really heavy to me. I remember that time well. Now its just a warmup weight, and it will be that for you too soon enough.

So, took two days off, one because my knee hurt and the other because my stomach was upset. Did some stretching and cardio today. Leg day is tomorrow.

a few callouses won’t hurt ya. im kinda missing mine, atm.

So, no training in the last couple of days, have been feeling blah. Went to the ER at midnight on Friday and found out I have a UTI. I’ve never had one before so I blame it on IH. Hopeflly going to the gym today to squat. Will take video if I remember my camera.

I don’t know how a UTI works for a human, but it’s not good for cats so definetely can’t be good for us.

TRAINING TIME!

Squats: 5 x bar, 5 x 65, 5 85, 5 x 95. I video’d the 95 lbs, but you can only see me from the waist down so at least you can see if I’m going to parallel or not! Will have to have the camera farther away next time!

DB Lunges: 16 x 15, 8 x 20.

Leg Curls/Leg Extensions: 10 x 65/10 x 70, 5 x 80/5 x 85.

Cable Crunches: 15 x 50.
