I’ll be in on this. I have hit 451 to a 1bd in a single ply 44superk a/s before, but that shirt is just not working for me so I will be getting a different one. Today I got 2 easy triples at 375 in the slingshot. First time using it and it rocks! Probably get like 80lb out of that bitch

Got the same shirt, it also drives me crazy. The most Ive ever touched and pressed with it is 180kg, but Ive taken 200 to a 3. I can`t seem to get the collar to stay down on this fucking thing.
My problem with the shirt is that it drives the bar too low! In order to touch legal for IPF I have to fight for like 10seconds or something… It is like 1.5 sizes tighter than comp fit though… hahaha… I think I will go back to a fury
I’m stuck at 325, tried 330 last week and could barely push it even though it’s just a small 5lb increase. I’m still trying to learn how to implement an arch in properly. Weighed in at 146 exactly during this video

I don’t understand what you mean by tucking in the elbows. i had someone else on here the same thing and was told I had a “bodybuilder” bench form.

It means that as you lower the bar, the elbows dont go straight out to the sides, but you tuck them in towards your toes
close grip 315 for an easy 4. probably have 365 normal grip.

I’m in. I recently hit 320x3 w/ a close grip (approx 1" from pinky on the ring, index on ring is my normal).
I would like to hit 400 ~205 which is my current body weight.
