Actually, bodybuilding is a sport, just like football/baseball/basketball etc… Are you saying I’m only allowed to critique the athletes if I play better than them? WTF kind of messed up logic is that?
first of all, whether or not bodybuilding is a “sport” is certainly debatable… but, regardless, i feel that there is a big difference between “critiquing” someone’s physique, as you said, and simply talking shit. it all boils down to respect, if you ask me, and if you’ve been checking out this forum at all over the past few years, you’d know that this is a quality that is definitely lacking here. so, to answer your question, you can do anything you like, as this is america… but talking shit about frank zane, when he was/is clearly a phenomenal bodybuilder with a physique better than 99.9% of the people on these forums, is simply fucking ridiculous.
One dude called him a fluke. ONE.

Every one else open stated their respect for him and his place in history.

Get your butthurt in check please.
not that i know what that last statement even means, but i count two relatively disrespectful/delusional posts about zane. just sayin.

R u serious? I say he is athletic, ripped, works out.
So I guess that’s a new category? “Athletic, ripped, works out”?

EDIT: just to clarify my post of ‘Malnurished’ was a joke.

Just sayin?

You’re “just sayin” stupid shit to start an e-fight.

This thread isn’t about how awesome Zane is or isn’t, so let it go. DrivetrainJames or whatever his name was could have probably gone without posting his opinion on the matter too. This thread is about size categories. SIZE. Which means how pretty Zane is or isn’t is irrelevant to the topic of this thread.

He was NOT a “mass monster”, therefore shouldn’t be included in the higher categories of SIZE. Simple. Every post but one OPENLY STATED RESPECT for the man and his place in history and the sport. But he was not fucking huge by any stretch. And this thread is about rating people from skinny to swole up freak, not “wow he looks so pretty, even though he is at least 40lbs less on stage than the people in the upper categories, he is still too damn pretty to not be numero uno.”

And your including people in your “count of 2” based on your own personal bias against them and their opinions. So either start an “I love Zane” thread, or just let it go.

I would like to know who you are talking about since you seem unable to confront these individuals directly. Who is “talking shit”? The man’s place in many of those contests was debated from the time he first competed. That isn’t new at all.

If you want to champion someone, get behind Flex Wheeler who despite having one of the best physiques in history never won an Olympia contest.

Good post. We should probably leave it at that seeing as some of these people here simply post because they are looking to be butt hurt over anything they can possibly find.

Actually that’s the works out category bro…

Skinny.

Is this what looking big in clothes is? Holy Shit for both.

THE HULK… HOLY SHIT!

Impressive for his age…

Yes. Until you fill out a shirt like that in a XXL or bigger, you can’t be HUGE or “Holy Shit”.

Good example.

Kev, high as a kite in this pic.

I’m having fun finally being able to fill out and look big in XL shirts with some of them being super tight around my arms. I remember as recent as the middle of last year I was still wearing mediums, lol.

That’s quite an achievement KB and Ebomb. Knowing the difference in sizes between Asia and America, filling out an XL USA size is a huge achievement.

Bug, are you sure you’re not filling out XXL shirts now?

I’ve been in XL shirts most of my life for the wrong reasons, but working on filling them out now for the right reasons.

Thanks Xander, it’s been and still is a work in progress.

KIngBeef, jw, how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
