Had a few days to recover from all those chins and started back today with sets of 5 ;D I’m quite happy since a squeezed out 6 was my max last week.
Today: Going to try a lower body workout, something like this: Db Split Squats 3x10-12, Step Ups 3x10-12 and Single Leg Rdl’s 3x10-12 finishing up with a complex. I’ll be sticking to Db’s to even out side to side differences etc.
