Damn, is lockdown that boring for you?
I trying to get better at pressing movements by doing a lot of pressing movements. It is fairly boring and I wouldn’t want to be taking up the incline bench for an hour if I was at the gym.
Damn, that IS a lot of pressing. That must take a good chunk of time. How long are your rest between sets?
90 secs to 2 minutes. That took about 1hr 15mins. I like it, I can change grip position and bar path a bit to work out what feels best.
I did have a 10min break about halfway through, my dad popped round for a chat from his car window!

Got stuck failing 75kg. Got it down onto the safeties, but this trapped me by the gut between the bar and bench. Had to shout the Mrs to come and lower the bench so I could get out. She was not impressed.
So grateful my garage isn’t within shouting distance of the house. If the other half ever finds out I’m doing stuff like that, I’d probably rather she walked out and found me dead than have to put up with the earache of her having to help me out
She tried an earbashing later on last night, I was able to persuade her I was being conscious of not damaging any of the dining room walls by getting myself out. (I couldn’t get out, I was properly stuck)
