It’ll be a nice change of pace, I’m planning on a shit tonne of volume on a single lift each session. Probably less frequency as I can’t train before work.

Last 150kg looked a tad high, got plates in the way of the 140kg set.

Great effort on those squats mate. You are literally doing them in your lounge room. Mentally that has to be a head fk. No way I would want to be dumping the bar inside my house. Hat off to you sir

I definitely won’t be going anywhere near failure, there are some small safties on the stands but they’re low and I doubt I’d hit them if I had to bail.

I’m fairly unimaginative when training at home. Got some chest and Triceps doms today though.
