Went out for a friend’s 40th Friday night, still did not feel 100% this morning so decided to skip legs and just do an upper body day.
Was enjoyable, as I’m not really following the more squatting programme, might try a few weeks of Upper/lower for a bit of a change.

Mixed feelings about failed 225kg dl. Got it well past knees which is above where I usually fail, but went juddery and felt like I was going to black out so dropped it.

The Missus has been told by her boss that the firms likely to go bust in a few months time due to corona virus. They provide health and safety consultancy to hotels and restaurants. Most of their hotel clients are based around airports so will likely be closing. Doh!

I’m sure it will be fine. We’ve had a few unexpected turn of events before, but we always come up OK.

Just tried a pushup with daughter lay on my back, feels great, would probably get about 5, so like an 90kgish bench. Home workouts could be ok.

Daughter on shoulder squats don’t work indoors.

Donkey calf raises on stairs work.

Daughter in thick dressing gown not really heavy enough, and too imbalanced for effective Deadlift.

Partner in thick dressing gown works for Rdl, don’t drop at end of set.
