Im now remembering why i stopped squatting and deadlifting in the same session. I have a full days work ahead of me and really dont feel like doing anything but lying down for the rest of the day.
Id say those workouts are needed every so often, our bodies have become so accustomed to training stresses that it takes a real good deep inroading session to take us up another slight notch. The downside is systemic recovery takes longer.
