Remind me, do you follow a program? Or are you going more by feel?

Just going by feel at the moment. The gym im going to in the morning gets very busy so id probably have to make substitutions or change the order of exercises quite a bit.

How long did it take you to complete that workout that is a lot of bench work

Amout 90mins, had a bit more time than usual. Also got some back work in, might start doing this more as opposed to splitting push and pull work up. Took longish rests on bench and ohp but flew through the other stuff.
