Taking a gew days off, life stress has really peaked again, Iām sleeping less than 2hrs a night. Added to this i tweaked something in my right arn at work monday which is very painfull and is affecting my grip strength. Hopefully will be feeling better by friday or Saturday.

Went to gym very briefly, did some machine curls, pull downs, dips, and db laterals. Got a bit of a pump then had a sauna. Think Iāll be ready to get back at it after the weekend.
