Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that I have a new blog up about strength training. It covers aspects of avoiding injury, GPP, nutrition, and excercieses as well… I only have two posts up right now but plan to put up many more… I have only been strength training for a year (maybe not even) But have learned and researched a ton and want to help others avoid the injuries and setbacks that I have had. This blog is by a novice lifter for other novice lifters. It tracks the progress of somebody who is not a famous elite lifter (but strives to be) i also want to document my training for getting back into lifting as well as my training I will be doing with Tom Phillips… I ask that you guys give me some feedback on my posts, and understand that htey are entirely what works for me and subjective… If you guys want we could collaborate on writing a post that will help others in their strength persuits… check out the blog…
