Here’s the deal. I’m married, work 30-35 hrs. a week and go to school full-time. i’ve been slacking off the last 2 months because I haven’t had a lifting plan so to speak. I hit the gym and don’t know what to do so I’ll just train till I’m ready to go home. Well, it needs to change. I’m starting a cycle in like 2 weeks or less and I wanted to see if you readers could suggest a detailed written program for me off this site. I’ve done a lot of T-rone but I wonder which one would work well while juicing.
forgot to mention that I’ve been lifting for 6 years and I meant to say that I’ve done a lot of programs OFF Testosterone. if you guys could suggest a exercise program that would be great.
