Although I desperately want Carwin to win, I think Brock takes him down and beats the stuffing out of him. Lesnar is a freak, plain and simple. He’s like a gigantic GSP. People seem to think that pointing out how few matches he’s had is a bad thing. It actually demonstrates how good he is. To have only had 5 fights and to have dominated Mir like that? C’mon. I’m not saying Mir is so great, but Brock destroyed him. Lesnar’s strength is unbelievable. He’s got a long reach. Big power. He’s also crazy agile. The only way to beat him is to submit him and guess what? Fedor is real good at breaking arms.

I think you have a much better chance of beating Brock by clocking his brains out. Which Fedor can also. But in reality I think most people would have a better chance of KO’ing him.
I’m not a huge fan of Brock. I’m not at all impressed with a guy 20% larger than his opponents basically going out there and raping them in the asses. The good fighters that he’s been matched again aren’t close enough in size to defeat him standing or on the ground.
Shane Carwin will be his first opponent that has a comparable size, level of athleticism, and wrestling ability. Brock will simply not be able G n P him the way he did to Randy. Brock has a much weaker stand up game. Brock’s real advantage is his incredible leg strength. He has some of the meatiest wheels in the UFC.

Have you seen the size of the dudes head? His jaw is like twice the size of an average persons. I think the only way he is beatable is via submission. If I saw Brock KO’d I would be extremely surprised.
Brock is the same as GSP in the sense that he can take anyone down at will, but his striking and sub game(tho we haven’t seen it) is no where near as good.

Idk man, just based on Mir’s fight it looks like he can’t stand getting hit in the face.
The comparison to GSP is valid. Hear me out . . . Both guys use strength and superior wrasslin’ to control where the fight goes. GSP obviously has a better all around game, but he has 20 + fights. They both have reach advantages over their opponents, are incredibly athletic, and scary fast. Once Brock gets more time in the gym and some more fights under his belt he will fight like a gigantic GSP, meaning, he will strike from outside and use takedowns and wrasslin’ to wear his opponents out. The big difference between the two is that Brock, lately anyway, has been finishing more fights than Rush.
I hate Brock, but how dominant will this guy be once he discovers leg kicks, head kicks and builds up some decent muay thai?

No offense, but this is one of the more retarded things I’ve ever read.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah and hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah. Do you remember GSP beat Hughes when he was weak 55 pound DB bench 8 bodyweight pull ups.

If anyone can do it though, it’s Carwin. Dude has Gigantic hands, is very powerful, has decent technique and has dropped several guys now with one punch. One of those guys was Gonzaga, who had taken several of Couture’s punches to the jaw and not gone down. The same Couture who stumbled Brock with a punch.
I know that MMA math sucks. But honestly, if anyone out there has a good chance of KO’ing Brock it’s Carwin, and I think we’ll see Brock respect that fact and immediately try to make it a wrestling match. I highly doubt he’ll try to stand and trade with him.
Carwin still isnt as big as nearly as big as brock. He weighed in at 260 for Gonzaga that leads me to beleive he isnt cutting down, so he is a natural 260 Brock is coming down from probably 275-280. If you watch the Gonzaga fight Carwin was taken down pretty easy by Gage. Carwin has a pnchers chance but thats it.

I don;t understand this statement. The fact that Brock is coming down and carwin is a natural 260 should give carwin the advantage, not Lesnar. Have you ever lost 20 pounds of muscle mass? You feel like shit for a while.
