Prowler- I do not have one. Just don’t do it? or replace it? with what? suggestions?
Back Squats from pins- Had lots of trouble here setting up under the bar. Keep working on it til I can? Replace it? Suggestions?
On the other lifts, such as:Power clean 6 sets of 2 reps, Romanian deadlift 3 x 6-8 reps, DB shoulder press 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps, Deadlift 4-5 sets of 4-6 reps, RDL 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps.
Any particular guideline as far as amount of weight to use?
on the :Deadlift 4-5 sets of 4-6 reps. Can is use DeadSquat instead?

Hill sprints, KB swings, stair sprints (or simply drop it)
Box squats
On the power clean stay fairly conservative: use a weight that you can accelerate and use good for with on all the reps. For the other drills go with a “bodybuilding feel” of fatiguing the muscle as much as possible without using bad form.
CT
have to fly early am, so i did day 5 in theam, and day6 in thepm. will take 2 days off.
i presume thats ok?
ill probably need it anyway cause i am fried right now.
so far on this cycle.
excellent program. ive done the first 6 days. eash session i am not looking for more work, nor am i excessively toast. its just right!
it gets me stimulated and yet, fatigued to just the point of before cns drain. or overdoing it. and , it calls for a day off next. just right it seems.

On day 7 it calls for floor press. Hooks and pins dont go low enough on my rack. Whats a substitute I could use? THanks
maybe i’m wrong, but you dont need pins. and the hooks should be low enough to rack the weight.
you are on the floor, u use the hooks outside the rack as if it were a bench. your eccentric will stop when your tri’s touch the floor. use the google box and find a video on it

My hooks don’t go low enough for me to lay on the floor and unrack the bar . Did close grip pin press instead
sabotage. sorry. i guess close grip is fine, dunno. maybe ct will post for ya.

You could always lay on the ground and hipthrust/bridge the weight into position.
Yeah. That. Or pullover and press.
Skip to around 2:20 or so.
You can roll the bar from your feet, or over your head (obviously turning your head first). Just get it to your hips, set your grip right then bridge and pivot on your elbows until the barbell is vertical.
