hey CT, after the front squat and the back squat day we are doing 6x2 of power clean, is it just to control the movement perfectly or we need to do it with heavy load ? and if i dont have a prowler what can i do to replace it ? thanks you CT for your help !!

Hmmm what is lock out bench ? I saw someone said that he put like 300lbs on sticking point at his last series and then at 3 inch of the chest on pins he put like 400lbs ?? Maybe i dont understand what lock out is but its supossed to be more hard than sticking point no ?

Never mind my bad its the LAST 2-3 inches
