Sounds like post-competition comedown. Can happen after things like exams too. Perhaps you need a new focus (can you go climbing?) until you’re ready to go back to the gym.

cal- climbing will happen next week, thats for fucking sure. the specific rules say “no bar on your back or above your head” which means that i can push prowler, pull sled, do lunges, kb swings, etc. next week. oh and they will happen, thats for fucking sure. lifting is the only thing thats been keeping me from walking around with socks on my hands and speaking in tongues.
