If Priest comes in looking like that photo of him next to Dave Henry, and Henry looks the same, Priest will kill him. I know the discrepancy probably won’t be so drastic, but Priest just looks far better than Dave Henry.

Gotta Love Priest, cept for that face tat…that just seems like a ‘lost bet’ type of thing lol
Yeah, but anybody who’s that jacked up. I mean…YOU tell him it looks stupid.
Ill tell him that it looks stupid… 1 mile away with a speakerphone next to a Ferrari so I can get away fast.
His tat reminds me of Mike Tyson’s. Damn he has awesome arms and forearms though!

Got a chance to meet him earlier this year. The guy cracks me up. Funniest bodybuilder I’ve ever met.
x2. Met him a decade ago. Great guy. And I’ve never again seen anybody eat that much…
Oh shiiit! Watch out Dave Henry and Kevin English!
I saw him walking around the Olympia expo with his entourage.
I’ve been waiting for his return. He’s one of the most exciting BBers out there. He epitomizes everything I’ve ever thought BBing should be.
But unless he can get himself into the shape he was in 5 or so years ago, he’s going to have it tough. David Henry is now bigger and more balanced than in that old pic, and I think he’ll give Priest a good battle.

Well, the IFBB doesn’t exactly love Priest… And they pretty much don’t seem to like Dave either, anymore…
I honestly hope that English isn’t going to win the 202 next year. I’d be happy with either Priest or Henry, but hm. I do think that Dave “out-traps” and “out-backs” Priest now, has a bigger chest etc but still has (obviously) shitty bicep attachments and shape… We’ll see. I think that if Henry comes in in better condition than this year, he would probably win (provided that Priest does not manage to bring up his “weak” areas… You ask me though, every bodybuilder should have arms like priest…)

X2!!!
He was the nicest guy I met at the Arnold, ran into him outside the hall, got to talk to him for like 10 minutes.
Awesome. Priest has always been an idol of mine. Does anyone know how long it’s been since he competed? What’s he been looking like lately. I’d really be interested to see his out of shape photos compared to the ones from his upcoming contest. He was always had a night and day sort of physique.

It is just beyond ridiculous that a guy standing at 5’4 can have 21" arms in contest shape. Makes me want to cry haha.
damn right

Oh man! This is definitely a fav or mine. Huge fan of both Platz and Priest!
Never noticed the writing on Platz shirt in that pic till just now.

Platz is in the pic?
That shot of PLatz must be from the mid 90’s when he was hocking some training program in all the Muscle Rags. They showed lots of pics of him, although none of them really looking anywhere close to being in his prime (his upper body looked pretty sad compared to what he used to look like). Guess that’s an real old shot of Priest,… damn his tris just look insane.
S
That is a great picture. Platz looks like, “WTF, if I had that shit I could have been Mr. Olympia!” I think Priest can get into his old form. Maybe not his best ever, but good enough to look huge at 202 and give English and Henry a run for their money. You have to remember, he is in his late 30’s but he has been around for a long long time and over the years he has done battle with the freaks and monsters. He could hold his own with them, so these guys should not intimidate him.
