Hey CT,

I’m on My first attempt at medicine ball overhead throws. It’s supposed to storm like crap today. I watched videos and saw that this needs to be done outside, if I’m following your chic plan correctly. Any alternatives, I might melt? :wink:. Or get washed away. Thanks so much.
