Leangains with 2 Training Session a Day

Hi guys,

I’ve recently started the leangains IDF diet eating from around 12 pm - 8 pm and my goal is to lower my body fat from around 20% to just below 10%. My first session is from 9 am - 11 am in which I play tennis whilst fasted. My second session comes around 6 pm which includes around 70 min of intense TRX. I’ve found out that I can not fit in 3 proper meals into that 8 hour feeding window as I do require an absolute empty stomach for the TRX sessions. I was wondering if anyone can suggest how much calorie I should consume on my training days that are 4 times a week (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday)… Should I take 10 gr of BCAA prior to each session a day?

Additionally I would like to know how people feel about the pre and post work out supplements as well as night time recovery by the Musclepharm? (Assault, Re-Con, and Bullet proof)

Your insights are greatly appreciated…

I will not comment on other supplement as I feel Biotest is superior.

Just eat the same amount of calories in a shorter window span.

In the 5 years you have been here, have you read a single article?

Simple answer: Your diet is not working with your lifestyle… Why do it?

Not going to work.

Leangains are for those that lift. Not play tennis and do TRX.

Not to be a dick, but it’s kinda bad form to ask about rival supplements on a supplement company website…

What do you suggest me to do mate? I really want to shed some body fat to get quicker on the court and have less impact on my joints…

Guys I’m not trying to be ignorant nor disrespectful. The Biotest isn’t widely available here and I just wanted to know others opinion. Anyhow I apologise to whomever I might have been offensive… Definitely not my intentions…

Peace

I wouldn’t really consider tennis and TRX to be “two training sessions” a day…maybe two bouts of physical activity, but not training sessions that require any type of planning for supplements/nutrition around
