Wow never had a bad experience with the people at the gym before. Thought of gym people like weed people - ie tribal and kind to their own. The 1099 crossfit style bag of shit looking weak as piss trainer and his faggy boy ward changed that today.

[Crossfit style 3 bay rack J hooks on outside bays setup against wall on 4x8 mats. 12’x24’ of mats. [one trainer training a young guy on cleans with 115lb]
Me - “Hey you guy mind if I set up for deadlifts over here (to the un used far side of rack)?”
Trainer - “Sorry no, this is reserved for higher paying members”
Me - “Lol do you work here?”
They both claim to work there then backtrack and tell me I’m not welcome and they are scheduled to train people at 5pm Lol.
So I’m warming up for deadlifts and the chubby trainer starts to harass me. For real. I start with 135 and he stands next to me telling me touch and go will bite me one day. 135. 225 he comes over and does a set of 3 with my weight. WTF?? 275 he leaves alone, 315 he leaves alone but he’s there fukking yapping. Doing full cleans next to me with 135 x 3 and sets of 3 pullups YAPPING.
315 I chalk up and ask if he wants a set and he says 3 with that weight is too heavy for him right now. WHUT. Then says why am I chalking for 3 and I should hook grip it. Mind you I was doing all sets of 5 lol. Told him to count. He yapped and harassed me the whole work set. Then he wanted to strip my bar before my down sets. FUKKOUTTAHERE. I asked if he owned the place and before he answered I said nah, you are way too fat and weak for that. I could see that the punch landed. Did my down sets in peace.
Anyway asked a dude with 19"++ lean arms (I think he’s married to the ifbb pro woman) in the locker room afterwards if it was a higher paying membership to use that space and he says “Why, that guy over there? Yeah I let him know what’s good one night after he said something to my wife about training in there.” He recommended I speak with the owner/manager who I have found to be really chill so far. Felt great to just do my thing and hear him bitching.
