You’re welcome :muscle: I’m in a similar boat - 40+ (will be 43 this Friday) and working, first and foremost, for consistency. I’m no old yet, but the fat doesn’t melt as quickly and the strength doesn’t build as easily as they did a decade ago.

Back in the lifting eating groove. Appetite appears to be back. Ate an easy 2k calories worth of steak fajitas and beans and rice and guacamole and sour cream before lifting no problemo.

Yo Homie. In America we Irish do corned beef brisket and cabbage on St Patrick’s day. Holiday meat is cheap meat so I stock up. Easter means prime rib :yum: Anyway, last year I put up a pic of my corned beef and cabbage and potatoes and you had jokes lol.
