I think my mums side of the family are doing because I’m Shia and they are Sunni, since I was a boy they all treated me differently because of ancestry.
I feel so much negative energy from them

I wanted to thank you guys for the support, for helping me get back in the gym, I felt it

Now I know, when people like Danial Zamani thank their fans Its real, It’s a crucial ingredient

For my first session back I took it easy and did some light squats, I’ve gone back to low bar for now because high bar feels like i would need time to get used to it.
I shortened my workout in the gym today because I felt it was enough for now

I believe it can be utilised on a bulk in a moderate way and be healthy

I also find that fast releasing energy foods can aid/speed digestion, so having a small desert after a healthy meal can balance it out
